Where can I download the FormTester 365 Plugin?

Our Wordpress plugin is available for download on your Dashboard at https://app.formtester365.com. The plugin will download as a .zip file, which can then be uploaded to your Wordpress site. Some browsers (notably, Safari) will unarchive, or open, the .zip file into a folder, then delete the original file. You will need to find the .zip file in your Trash folder to upload to Wordpress.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, simply click on the 'Get Started' button on our homepage and fill in the required information. Once you've submitted the form, you'll receive a confirmation email.

How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password, click 'Forgot your password?' on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password. Click on this link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
