Dealing with Firewall Issues

If you have a firewall or security plugin, it may block our FormTester Engine from being able to perform tests — or in some cases, it may allow the tests, but not allow confirmation or deletion through the Gravity Forms API. Resolving this is usually quite simple: most plugins or services allow the ability to Whitelist specific IP addresses. Our FormTester IP addresses are listed below:

• 45.56.67.77
• 2600:3c00::f03c:92ff:fef9:6b3b

You may need to specifically allow the DELETE HTTP request if you are finding that forms are being confirmed, but not deleted. Feel free to reach out to our support team if you need assistance with your firewall plugin or service.
