How Agency Billing Is Calculated

Agency billing is calculated at the beginning of each month for the previous month's testing. If a form was tested at any time during the month, it is considered billable (with date of last test noted).

For example: a form was active at the beginning of the month and tested per its schedule. Later it was toggled off or the website deleted. It would be billed for usage during that month, but not on future months (assuming it isn't again toggled on or re-added for testing).

If you have a form that should no longer be tested, make sure to disable testing for it before the beginning of a new billable month.
